At the end of Module 2: Protection of Privacy, you will be able to:

• Recognize personal information protected by FOIPPA
• Summarize the key privacy concepts under FOIPPA
• Define each of the privacy tools and when to use them
• Identify the process and requirements for disclosures of sensitive information to be stored outside of Canada
• Recognize mandatory breach notification and reporting requirements
• Describe what to do if you suspect there has been an information incident
