Visit or research one community organization, tourist site, or local business. Collect information or items that you feel might be relevant and useful to a new immigrant in your community.
Examples:
tourist brochures
locations of walk-in medical clinics
immigration aid organizations
maps of hiking trails or parks
community calendar of events

Are you excited? Nervous? Confident? Interested? Did anything surprise you about being a tutor? Explain why. Do you have any questions or concerns about tutoring with ESLSAP?
Bring both of these activities with you to the Part Two Classroom Training to share with the other volunteers.
