Responding to Children’s Interests
In this video, Colleen responds to two areas of children’s interests.

How did she determine and respond to each interest? Can you think of situations in your program where activities you planned based on one interest led to others?
Noticed children talking about the spawning salmon so set up a model in the water table.
Observed the children’s interest in the rocks in the water table, so set up several activities around rocks.
