Who are you? What makes up your identity?
Identity is the unique set of characteristics that define you. Each person has their own identity, which is why Black identity cannot be defined as one thing, despite Black folks having many shared experiences. All Black people are different, just like you may have a lot in common with your family, but you are not the exact same as each person you are related to.
