You may notice challenging feelings arise as you learn about white privilege and how it operates in society. It's okay to feel uncomfortable, agitated, or anxious.
If you feel overwhelmed by your feelings, take a break, and come back to this module when you feel ready to engage again. Take time to reflect on what emotions you are feeling and why they might be showing up.
